Includes one full-time City FTE and contracted case <br /> management services. <br /> Business Everett Point Industrial Center(EPIC) Green Bridge Type, $450,000 <br /> expansion &job Size & Location Study (TS&L): Fund a portion of the Type, <br /> creation Size, and Location study for the Everett Point Industrial <br /> Center(EPIC) Green bridge project.The TS&L represents <br /> approximately 15%design level. <br /> Project Digital Permit Accelerator: Provide technology upgrades $500,000 <br /> Management to including hardware and software to Permit Services, and <br /> accelerate support two years of funding for two full time positions <br /> economy needed to a) develop business solutions to support a fully <br /> digital process and b) support new technology <br /> implementation. <br /> Outdoor Provide Public Restrooms: Increase public restroom access $500,000 <br /> enhancement in unmet needs areas. <br /> and <br /> infrastructure Clean Everett-: Create a three-year Clean Everett program, $600,000 <br /> upgrade kicking off with a citywide neighborhood clean-up day. <br /> Fund three years of a 311 mobile application, such as <br /> SeeClickFix, to provide residents a responsive tool to <br /> request,track, and explore City non-emergency services. <br /> Total $5,620,000 <br /> D. The purpose of this resolution is to authorize the City to implement these projects and initiatives. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. Allocation. The City Council determines to use an amount not to exceed $5,620,000 of the <br /> City's funds from the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund for the projects and initiatives <br /> listed in Recital C above. <br /> 2. Authority to Proceed with Implementation. In accordance with the applicable laws and <br /> regulations that govern Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund, the Mayor is authorized to <br /> proceed to implement the projects and initiatives listed in Recital C above. City staff is <br /> directed to bring to City Council any items that City Council must approve to implement <br /> these projects and initiatives, including any budget amendment(s), ordinances, or additional <br /> resolutions. In accordance with and to the extent required by the City's Procurement Policy, <br /> staff will also bring to City Council the contracts, requests for proposals, calls for bids, and <br /> other procurement matters as may be necessary for implementation of these projects and <br /> initiatives. <br /> L RESOLUTION Page 2 of 3 <br />
