• � M Section 3 : That there is hereby established a local improve- ment district to be known as "Local Improvement District No. 599 ", which district shall include the following described property located in Everett , Snohomish County, Washington, to-wit: East 12 feet of Lot 10 and lots 11 through 19, inclusive , all in Block 690i, Plat of Everett Division "I". East 90 feet of Lots $, 9 and 10 of Block 692ij Plat of Everett, Division "I". East 90 feet of a strip of land lying between the north line of Lot 11, Block 692i and the north line of Everett Land Company's First Addition; and the east 90 feet of Lots 11 through 17, inclusive, together with lots 18, 19, 20 and 21 all in Block 692i, Everett Land Company' s first Addition. A strip of land lying between the north line of Lot 31, Block 693 and the north line of Everett Land Company' s First Addition; together with lots 31 through 50, inclusive, all in Block 693 of Everett Land Company' s First Addition.
