Systems Information <br />a. Grants.gov <br />For technical assistance with Grants.gov, call the customer support hotline 24 hours per day, <br />7 days per week (except federal holidays) at (800) 518-4726 or e-mail at <br />support@grants.gov. <br /> <br />b. Non-Disaster (ND) Grants <br />For technical assistance with the ND Grants system, please contact the ND Grants Helpdesk <br />at ndgrants@fema.dhsgov or (800) 865-4076, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET. <br />User resources are available at https://www.fema.gov/grants/guidance-tools/non-disaster- <br />grants-management-system. <br /> <br />c. Payment and Reporting System (PARS) <br />FEMA uses the Payment and Reporting System (PARS) for financial reporting, invoicing, <br />and tracking payments. FEMA uses the Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer (DD/EFT) <br />method of payment to recipients. To enroll in the DD/EFT, recipients must complete a <br />Standard Form 1199A, Direct Deposit Form. If you have questions about the online system, <br />please call the Customer Service Center at (866) 927-5646 or email ask- <br />GMD@fema.dhs.gov. <br /> <br />H. Additional Information <br />GPD has developed the Preparedness Grants Manual to guide applicants and recipients of <br />grant funding on how to manage their grants and other resources. Recipients seeking <br />guidance on policies and procedures for managing preparedness grants should reference the <br />Preparedness Grants Manual for further information.
