6. Recognize that employees receiving compensation for work performed under this <br /> MOU are employees of the Partner agency that compensates, supervises, trains, <br /> and provides benefits and other support to that employee and that each Partner is <br /> solely responsible for providing compensation to its employees as well as any <br /> associated benefits and taxes. <br /> 7. Ensure all press releases, brochures, printed material, reports, and newsletters <br /> related to services under this MOU will recognize the Partners and funding sources <br /> and be approved by Workforce Snohomish prior to release. <br /> 8. Assure that areas designated for customer use within the WorkSource Snohomish <br /> County System will be accessible to all customers and Partner staff. These areas <br /> will be maintained by the building owner or leaseholder in good condition and in <br /> compliance with the applicable provisions of Americans with Disabilities Act and <br /> the regulations issued thereunder. <br /> 9. Should any of the Partners wish to make physical alterations or modifications to <br /> the facility, request for such shall be made to the facility owner, through the <br /> leaseholder if appropriate, detailing the requested alteration and/or <br /> modification. The request shall be subject to the approval of the facility owner <br /> and leaseholder. If approved, the cost of such alterations and/or modifications <br /> shall be the sole responsibility of the requesting Partner unless otherwise <br /> agreed. Upon termination or expiration of this MOU or a Partner's withdrawal <br /> from this MOU, the premises shall be returned to their normal condition solely at <br /> the expense of the Partner who made the original alteration/modification, unless <br /> other arrangements are agreed to between the Partner and the building owner <br /> and leaseholder. <br /> 10. Comply with the Workforce Snohomish Conflict of Interest Policy 1030. <br /> C. This MOU shall be reviewed not less than once every 3-year period to ensure <br /> appropriate funding and delivery of services. <br /> XVI. Additional Elements of MOU <br /> A. Attachment A: MOU Partner Contacts and Chief Local Elected Official Contact. <br /> B.
