XIII. Entire Agreement <br /> This MOU, including any Attachment, items incorporated by reference, and <br /> modification(s) encompasses the entire agreement of the Partners and supersedes all <br /> previous understandings and agreements between the Partners whether oral or written. <br /> XIV. MOU Management <br /> Workforce Snohomish will manage the MOU on behalf of the Partners in Snohomish <br /> County. Workforce Snohomish will assure that the terms of this MOU are enforced, <br /> convene the Partners for periodic reviews of the MOU and for annual IFA Budget <br /> negotiations, keep the MOU up to date, and ensure that invoices and payments are <br /> provided under this MOU. Notices, requests for changes, and questions regarding the <br /> MOU should be sent to the MOU Manager: Mary Houston, Director of Service Delivery at <br /> mart'.houston@workforcesnohomish.org, 425-921-3432. <br /> XV. Assurances <br /> A. This MOU will be interpreted under Washington State law or federal law as applicable. <br /> B. Each party to this MOU will: <br /> 1. Fully comply with the nondiscrimination and equal opportunity provisions of <br /> Section 188 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act(WIOA) of 2014 and <br /> its implementing regulations at 29 CFR Part 37. These regulations prohibit <br /> discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex (including sexual orientation <br /> and gender identity or expression), national origin, age, disability, or political <br /> affiliation or belief in both participation and employment. Required assistive <br /> technology will be made available at all One-Stop facilities. <br /> 2. Comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to this <br /> MOU. <br /> 3. Agree to abide by all provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Pub. <br /> L. 93-112, 87 Stat. 355) (the "Rehabilitation Act"), and the Americans with Disabilities <br /> Act of 1990(Pub. L. 101-336, 104 Stat. 327, codified at 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.) (the <br /> "ADA"), and any amendments, prohibiting discrimination against personal disabilities. <br /> 4. Agree to abide by the Workforce Snohomish Dispute Resolution Procedure 1010, <br /> should a dispute arise among the Partners. <br /> 5.
