The WorkSource Snohomish County System consists of all of the public and private <br /> partners and programs that deliver services through WorkSource Sites (the <br /> Comprehensive One-Stop Center, the Affiliate Site, and Specialized Sites which include <br /> Connection Sites), and on-line resources such as WorkSourceWA.com. The <br /> WorkSource Snohomish County System provides access to Career Services, including <br /> job placement, and training services, to help job seekers get, retain, and advance in <br /> their jobs and careers. The WorkSource Snohomish County System also provides <br /> services to businesses in search of qualified employees, information to help them <br /> grow their workforce, and opportunities to provide job shadows, internships, and <br /> other job readiness services for job seekers. <br /> The WorkSource Snohomish County System provides services at the following sites: <br /> 1. Everett Station Comprehensive One-Stop Center (One-Stop); <br /> 2. Lynnwood WorkSource Center (Affiliate); and <br /> 3. Specialized Youth Center (Specialized). <br /> D. WorkSource Snohomish County System Operating Budget <br /> The WorkSource Snohomish County System Operating Budget, as defined in Section 4 <br /> of TEGL 17-16 "Infrastructure Funding and the One-Stop System," consists of all of the <br /> infrastructure and other costs required to run the One-Stop Center, Affiliate Sites and <br /> Specialized Sites in Snohomish County as well as an estimated value of the staff who <br /> provide Career Services in the system. The WorkSource Snohomish County System <br /> Operating Budget captures that portion of resources that each Partner contributes to <br /> the operation of the WorkSource Snohomish County System, and is different than the <br /> full operating budget for Workforce Snohomish or any of the Partners. <br /> III. WorkSource Snohomish County System Partners and Programs <br /> WorkSource Snohomish County System Partners provide services to job seekers and <br /> employers through the One-Stop Center, Affiliate Site, Specialized Site, Connection Sites, <br /> or other locations. At a minimum, Partners will provide on-going and collaborative <br /> services consistent with and coordinated via the System. Additional services may be <br /> provided on a case-by-case basis and with the approval of the Board. <br /> The WorkSource Snohomish County System Partners and programs include those in the <br /> following table. <br /> 2022—2025 Snohomish County WIOA MOU Page 13 <br />
