B. Individualized Career Services Individualized Career Services may be delivered by many Partners but a given Partner may offer a unique array of Individualized Career Services. 1. Comprehensive and specialized assessments of the skill and service needs of adults, dislocated workers, and incumbent workers; 2. Development of individual employment plans; 3. Group and/or individual counseling and mentoring; 4. Career planning; 5. Short-term pre-vocational services (learning skills, communication skills, interviewing skills, and. may include pre-apprenticeship); 6. Internships/work experiences linked to careers; 7. Workforce preparation activities that help an individual acquire a combination of basic academic skills, critical thinking skills, digital literacy skills, and self- management skills, including competencies in utilizing resources, using information, working with others, understanding systems, and obtaining skills necessary for successful transition into and completion of postsecondary education, training, or employment; 8. Financial literacy services; 9. Out-of-area job search assistance and relocation assistance; and 10. English language acquisition and integrated education and training programs. C. Training Services Training services may be provided when WorkSource staff, including partner programs' staff, determines after conducting an interview, an evaluation, or assessment, and career planning, that the individual is unlikely or unable to obtain or retain employment that leads to economic self-sufficiency or wages comparable to or higher than wages from previous employment through career services alone. 1. Occupational skills training through Individual Training Accounts; 2.
