EXIBIT A <br /> Scope of Work <br /> PROJECT PROGRAM <br /> The purpose of this contract is to provide consulting services for General Contractor/Construction <br /> Management(GC/CM)Advisory&Consulting Services and Project Management/Construction <br /> Management (PM/CM) Services for the Everett Municipal Building—Public Works Tenant <br /> Improvements project. <br /> Phase I—Task 1—Project Review Committee (PRC)Application <br /> PRC Application Preparation/Submittal: <br /> a) Parametrix will prepare and provide the PRC application to utilize GC/CM project delivery <br /> method for the City. <br /> b) Parametrix will develop a draft to City Staff and produce the final application to the PRC for <br /> consideration within the 2-month submission cycle. <br /> c) Parametrix will meet targeted application deadline for the City of Everett Municipal Building <br /> Public Works Tenant Improvements Project PRC application, <br /> d) Upon notice to proceed,Parametrix team will work closely with City staff to develop and produce <br /> required response and supporting data required for the PRC application submission process, <br /> e) Parametrix will complete the application questions,detailed information and the responses,over a <br /> period of 4-6 weeks with multiple drafts and revision cycles to arrive at a final 22-26 page <br /> application. <br /> Please I.—Task 2—PRC Presentation <br /> i. PRC Presentation: <br /> a) Parametrix will represent the City of Everett and present the project application to the E-member <br /> PRC panel. <br /> b) Parametrix will attend the PRC meeting typically held the 411'Thursday of the month following <br /> the due date of the final application submission, <br /> c) Parametrix will provide a schedule of the proposed date of application submission and the PRC <br /> Project presentation, <br /> d) The Parametrix team will assemble and provide City staff with the draft presentation at the same <br /> time as the application is being finalized and submitted to the PRC, <br /> e) Parametrix will provide a complete schedule encompassing phase 1 of the GC/CM approval and <br /> procurement process, delivery of the final presentation and GC/CM selection, <br />
