f) Parametrix will take the lead in the development of the Power Point slide--show. Data from the <br /> application will be condensed and summarized into approximately 25-35 slides which will be in <br /> an order that follows the project approval checklist. <br /> g) Parametrix will draft the presentation over 3-4 weeks and 2-3 drafts and revision cycles. When <br /> final draft is near complete, Parametrix will present to City staff then schedule an internal practice <br /> run-through of the presentation with City staff. <br /> h) Parametrix will schedule a one-hour titneslot on the day of the presentation where introductions <br /> of the PRC panel members takes place and presentation begin, <br /> hale 1 Thsk 3—GC/CM Team Procurement <br /> [. Request for Qualifications(RFQ) Step; <br /> a) The Parametrix team will work collaboratively with City staff and Procurement to develop an <br /> RFQ far the project. <br /> b) The RFQ will describe the project needs,goals, budget,schedule and the desired experience and <br /> qualifications criteria that will be utilized to score the Statements of Qualifications(SOQ) to <br /> received and shortlist 3-4 of the best qualified proposers to move forward to the Interview phase <br /> of procurement delivery process. <br /> c) Parametrix will develop the RFQ while the PRC Application is being finalized. <br /> d) As the RFQ is being finalized and readied for release the Parametrix team will provide and <br /> deliver the documents to City staff to advertise the RFQ to perspective GC/CM contractors. A <br /> draft advertisement will be shared with City(Parks&Facilities/Procurement)staff for <br /> review/comment and a final draft will be developed. <br /> 2, Review and scoring team for the procurement process: <br /> • <br /> a) Parametrix team will work in a supporting role to facilitate City staff to assemble the review and <br /> scoring team. Scoring team will consist of 5 to 7 members from City staff and the Architect <br /> involved in the construction process. Reviewing team/scoring team will be in place while the <br /> RFQ is being advertised or,at the latest,prior to receipt of the SOQs from the interested GC/CM <br /> contractors. <br /> b) The SOQs will be received by the City Procurement department and will then be distributed to <br /> the members of the review and scoring team. <br /> c) Parametrix team in conjunction with City's Procurement department will prepare a scoring <br /> criteria document and draft score sheet for use by the scoring team members during their review <br /> and will also provide a scoring team kick-off meeting to inform the members of the process,The <br /> review and scoring team review the SOQs,followed by a scoring session. <br />
