Phase 1 —Task.4--GC/CM Advisory Services: <br /> I. As the GC/CM Consultant for City of Everett,Parametrix will provide: <br /> a) Advisory and teaching/training support to the City of Everett staff throughout the GC/CM <br /> process.These services will be primarily provided by Jim Dugan and may involve discussions, <br /> advise and training on the GC/CM process,statutory requirements, best practices and industry <br /> standards. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> 1, GC/CM project delivery. <br /> 2, Schematic Design is 90%complete and will not move forward until GC/CM is aboard, <br /> 3, Parametrix to have the primary role in the PM/CM and report to City of Everett Project Manager. <br /> 4. Majority of the meetings(procurement, design,and construction)will be during virtual format. <br /> 5, Include 1 trip per month by PM for in-person meeting during the design and construction <br /> S. Mileage,meals and lodging to be reimbursable when required for project work, <br /> 7. Approximately 9 V2 months of design/permitting and 16 months of bidding/construction/closeout. <br /> 8, If scheduled duration increases from duration identified above, Parametrix fee budget will be <br /> reviewed and amended accordingly. <br /> 9. Additional tasks and/or consultants,when required,will be an additional service and can be added <br /> by amendment, <br /> 10. Additional tasks that require consultants,when required,will be billed at invoice+ 15%. <br /> 11. Budgeted fee does not include fees for involvement in the formal 3rd party auditing of contractor <br /> or subcontractor costs. <br /> 12. Fees identified herein are an estimated budget and unexpended fees may be moved around within <br /> the budget to accommodate increased effort or tasks. <br /> 13. Hourly rates will increase at 3%each year on January 1St of each year. <br /> 14. Efforts will be billed at an hourly not to exceed basis and total amount invoiced will not exceed <br /> the total approved budget without prior City of Everett authorization, <br /> 15, Any budgeted fee not expended at the completion of the project will remain with the City of <br /> Everett. <br />
