d) Parametrix team will help facilitate the SOQ review process. The outcome of the SOQ review/scoring step will create a short-list 3-4 GC/CM contractors who will be invited to the interview step of GC/CM procurement. e) Parametrix team will draft notification letters for the City of Everett to send out to all proposers. The short-listed proposers will be issued a copy of the RFP document along with their notification of being selected to move forward in the process. 3. interview Step;GC/CM interviews. a) Parametrix team in conjunction with City's Procurement department will facilitate the interviews and the scoring of the interviews. b) Parametrix team in conjunction with City's Procurement department will develop the interview scoring criteria, interview score sheet and will facilitate the scoring of interviews for the City of Everett review/scoring team, 4. Request for Proposals(RFP): a) The Parametrix team will work with the City of Everett Facilities, Procurement, Internal Counsel and External Counsel during the RFQ step and develop a draft RFP document that will include Division 00 and Division 01 specifications,draft contract documents and other pertinent information that will be required by the GC/CM to develop and provide their proposal and pricing factors to the City of Everett. b) During receipt,opening and scoring of proposals,Parametrix team will provide facilitation of the process and support to the City of Everett staff for final review of the GC/CM proposals. Ensuring the cost factors that the scoring process identifies the most highly qualified GC/CM for • the project. The scores from the RFQ,interviews and RFP steps are tallied together and the highest scoring GC/CM is considered the most highly qualified and will be invited to enter into negotiation of Preconstruction Services/Fees and a GC/CM Agreement with the City of Everett. c) Parametrxi team will provide the City of Everett staff draft notification memos and scoring tabulation for distribution to all proposers. 5. Preconstruction Fee and Contract Negotiations: a) Parametrix team will facilitate and assist the City of Everett team and the GC/CM in the negotiation of Preconstruction Fees and the GC/CM Agreement. The RFP document will have included a summary of Preconstruction tasks and a format for the GC/CM to follow in the assembly of their Preconstruction Fees, The RFP document will also have included draft contract documents(Agreement and General Conditions)which the GCCM will review,provide comments and negotiate with the City of Everett,
