INFORM ARCHITECT OF <br />INCONSISTENCIES BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF WORK. <br />2. IN ADDITION TO DEMOLITION INDICATED, REMOVE ITEMS, <br />MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT AS NECESSARY TO <br />PERFORM THE WORK. <br />3. SEE REFRIGERATION DRAWINGS FOR ADDITIONAL <br />DEMOLITION SCOPE AND COORDINATE REMOVALS OF <br />ASSOCIATED ASSEMBLY ITEMS NOT ADDRESSED FOR <br />COMPLETE REMOVAL. <br />4. CONCRETE SLAB DEMOLITION IS REQUIRED BUT NOT <br />INDICATED ON PLANS. SAW CUT AND REMOVE CONCRETE <br />SLAB FOR INSTALLATION OF TRENCH DRAIN <br />DEPRESSIONS AND 24" MINIMUM WIDTH TRENCHING FOR <br />PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, AND REFRIGERATION <br />INSTALLATION. <br />5. REMOVE ANCHORS, HANGERS, FRAMING, FOUNDATIONS, <br />PADS, AND OTHER CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATED WITH <br />REMOVED ITEMS UNLESS INDICATED OTHERWISE. <br />6. COORDINATE MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT SALVAGE WITH <br />THE OWNER. <br />7. PROMPTLY REPAIR DAMAGE CAUSED BY DEMOLITION OR <br />CONSTRUCTION WORK AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE <br />OWNER, EXTEND REPAIR TO THE NEAREST INSIDE OR <br />OUTSIDE CORNER IF DIRECTED BY OWNER. <br />8.
