ARTICLE 19 - NEGOTIATIONS NOTIFICATION <br /> Should either party to this Agreement wish to inaugurate collective bargaining discussion over <br /> any proposed change they may wish to introduce into a subsequent Agreement, it is agreed that <br /> notice of the substance of the changes and language with which such desired changes are to <br /> be expressed shall be mailed to the authorized parties' signatory to this Agreement not less <br /> than ninety (90) days before the termination of this Agreement. The parties receiving such <br /> notice of the desired changes shall forthwith seek establishment of a meeting of the parties for <br /> the purpose of discussion and amicable accommodation for the desired changes. <br /> 35 <br />
