• Topographic mapping will consist of all above ground planimetric features,paving limits,curbs, <br /> walks,fences,trees(greater than 6"BDH in right-of-way),etc.,and all above and underground <br /> utilities,as specified. <br /> • Prepare an existing conditions survey base map,showing a 1-foot contour topographic survey at a <br /> l"=20' scale. <br /> • Prepare an existing conditions DTM based on the topographic survey data. <br /> • Surveyor will engage a locate service to assist with underground private/public utility location. <br /> • All field data will be processed in accordance with City of Everett survey and CADD standards and <br /> sent in AutoCAD format. <br /> City of Everett's Responsibilities <br /> • City will provide existing survey base maps and as-built information for the storm drain,sanitary <br /> sewer,and water systems in the project area,if available. <br /> • Permission to enter property parcels(if any)will be secured by the City. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • The limits of the topographic survey shall be within the City Right of Way. <br /> • Only one site topographic survey will only be required based on the selected preliminary design <br /> layout. <br /> • This scope does not include the resolution of physical encroachments and occupation that may be <br /> disclosed during the course of the field survey. <br /> • Easement description/exhibits are not included. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Survey base map and DTM(in AutoCAD Civil3D format) <br /> • Stamped survey sheets for inclusion in plan set(PDF) <br /> Task 3.2 Geateclinical Services <br /> The Consultant will coordinate and provide geotechnical investigations for the project, as needed,to <br /> document subsurface conditions. Geotechnical review and investigation will be provided by a <br /> subconsultant. After the completion of the site investigation,the geotechnical engineer will prepare a <br /> geotechnical report summarizing site soil conditions and estimated ground water elevations,if <br /> encountered,and presenting geotechnical recommendations for construction of the proposed <br /> improvements. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • Geotechnical investigations will be limited to one exploration boring at the preferred facility <br /> location. <br /> • No infiltration tests will be required. <br /> • Traffic control will be provided by the geotechnical engineer. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Traffic control plan(PDF). <br /> • Geotechnical Report,Draft and Final(PDF). <br /> City of Everett <br /> 3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment Page 4 of 10 <br />
