Tasks 6.1 Management Reserve Work may include,but is not limited to addressing additional efforts required for defined tasks when authorized by the owner. The fee estimated is based on 10%of Tasks I through 5. General Assumptions • All coordination with property owners will be handled by the City. • No roadway widening will be required. • Utility relocation design will be provided by utility owner. • Grant management and grant closeout will be handled by the City. • Material testing during construction will be coordinated and provided by the City. • Flow control and water quality treatment will not be required for the stormwater improvements sites.Water quality treatment will be based on a retrofit approach. • On-Site Stormwater Management BMPs will not be required for site improvements. • The proposed improvements will be located within the City right-of-way or within existing City easements. • Any existing encroachments in the right-of-way will be resolved by the City. • Writing of legal descriptions and legal exhibits for additional easements will not be required. • The proposed improvements will not require stream or wetland field investigations or critical area analysis. • SWPPP will be developed by the Contractor through requirement in the specifications. • Design review meeting with Ecology will not be required. • Minor comments on Draft Design Report will not require resubmittal of the report to Ecology. • Ecology project closeout and Construction Completion Form will be provided by the City.
