Deliverables: <br /> 1. Design Report(PDF). <br /> 2. 90%Design Package(PDF). <br /> 3. Final Bid Package to Ecology(PDF). <br /> Task 5—Construction Support <br /> When requested by the City,the consultant will provide limited engineering services during bid and <br /> construction support for the project. These services may include: <br /> • Prepare and issue addenda to clarify the construction documents,if necessary. <br /> • Attend one(1)pre-construction meeting. <br /> • Support city engineer in review of contractor submittals when requested. <br /> • Response to contractors RFIs when requested. <br /> • Site visit to review unforeseen conditions when requested. <br /> • Prepare project record drawings based on City of Everett Standards Manual for Civil CAD and <br /> Graphic,2018. <br /> City of Everett's Responsibilities <br /> • Bid advertisement, coordination and award will be handled by the City. <br /> • City will provide initial review of all contractor requests. <br /> • The City will provide on-site inspection and will lead the administrating and managing of <br /> construction documents and communications with the contractor. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> • One consultant will attend the pre-construction meeting. <br /> • The total number of construction support requests by the City will be limited by the budget of this <br /> task. <br /> • No geotechnical support would be required. <br /> • Review responses will be provided with 7-day of written request. <br /> • Record Drawing will be based on contractor and field inspector redlines. Additional field survey <br /> will not be required. <br /> • Up to 16 staff hours are included for record drawings. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Record Drawings(Draft,Final) <br /> • Other reviews,as requested. <br /> Task 6—Management Reserve—Contingency Fund <br /> To provide additional services which may be required to complete this project,and which are requested <br /> and authorized by the City.The consultant will provide the City with a scope and budget for the <br /> additional services which the City will review prior to the consultant beginning work.The City shall <br /> provide Consultant with written authorization to proceed with any additional services. <br /> City of Everett <br /> 3rd Ave SE Water Quality Treatment Page 9 of 10 <br /> r. <br />
