The comments below <br /> must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional comments may be issued by the Public Works, Planning, and Fire departments. <br /> Code citations provided in the following review comments reference the Everett Municipal Code <br /> (EMC), the 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), and <br /> the 2018 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Amendments to the adopted building codes by <br /> Washington Administrative Code (WAC) Title 51 are incorporated into the referenced code citations. <br /> Citations provided in the comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br /> submitted to Permit Services for review: <br /> a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted building codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your <br /> application will be given priority and the review will recommence. <br /> Comments <br /> 1. The proposed project appears to involve converting a single-family residence into an adult <br /> family home (AFH). The submittal documents are required to include the AFH checklist. The <br /> checklist should include a floor plan on 8.5x11 paper per Section 3. Complete Sections 1, 2, <br /> and 4; do not complete Section 5. Submit the entire checklist with the floor plan.
