If there are more than 3 unrelated adults per floor,
each floor_must live as a family,if there are more than 4 unrelated adults per floor, each floor must be occupied by the
disabled and living as a family, if there are more than 8 unrelated, disabled adults per floor, reasonable accommodation
must be obtained.
CELEBRATING Steve Ingalsbe
ff 1 Land Use Manager I Community, Planning and Economic Development
YEARS 425.257.7135 12930 Wetmore Avenue,Suite 8A, Everett,WA 98201
A story worth telling everettwa.gov/planning I Facebook I Twitter
Note:Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public
Records Act.
From: Donald Cunningham<DCunningham@everettwa.gov>
Sent:Wednesday,January 09, 2019 2:25 PM
To:Tony Lee<TLee@everettwa.gov>;Steve Ingalsbe<Singalsbe@everettwa.gov>
Cc: Edward Golden <EGolden@everettwa.gov>;Ted de Budden <TBudden@everettwa.gov>
Subject: RE: 3423 Lombard
Thanks Tony
0;zen.
Don Cunningham
- Code Enforcement I Everett Police Department
P:425.257.8564 13002 Wetmore Ave, Everett,WA 98201
Celebrating 125 years everettwa.gov/police I Facebook I Twitter
Note:Emails and attachments sent to and from the City of Everett are public records and may be subject to disclosure pursuant to the Public
Records Act.
From:Tony Lee<TLee@everettwa.gov>
Sent:Wednesday,January 9, 2019 1:54 PM =— __
To: Donald Cunningham <DCunningham@everettwa.gov>;Steve Ingalsbe<Singalsbe@everettwa.gov>
Cc: Edward Golden<EGolden@everettwa.gov>;Ted de Budden<TBudden@everettwa.gov>
Subject: RE: 3423 Lombard. _.
Agreed. 16 people maximum is the magic number in the building code for persons to be in the same living unit. The
permit was for a single family dwelling, If it is being used as a duplex (hard to discern at any rate) it would be a violation.
16 people or less in the building (overall)would fit the theoretical code limit. Overcrowding of any room (per the IPMC)
could still be an issue but could only be a violation if it were verified.
