We have addressed your comments as listed below. Plan review corrections are clouded with
Delta #4 dated 06.01.2021.
Plan Review Comments:
BUILDING:
1. The Construction Type should be revised to"III-B"on Sheet G001-P in the"Project Data"section of the General Notes.
See IBC Sections 107.2.1 and 602.1.
RESPONSE: We have updated our project data.
REFERENCE: Sheet #G001-P
2. The maximum common path of egress travel is generally exceeded from most of the proposed space. The space is
generally required to exit through a single door located at the suite entrance, and is further only provided with a single
exit from the hallway to the building exit. Maximum distances are limited to 100 feet and 75 feet for B and I-4
occupancies, respectively, without a second exit path. See IBC Table 1006.2.1.
RESPONSE: The plan has been revised to allow a second path of egress to the north stair well as per our
previous conversation.
REFERENCE: <Sheet #G201-P, and A102-P
3. Continuing with the previous comment, the large Admin room at the north end exceeds the 100-foot
distance within the room itself, particularly when the farthest offices are included (currently not included
in the egress distances. The adjacent Breakroom may be used as a second exit if provided with the
required exit features. Additional partial plans showing the stairway and exit path through the first floor
