The comments below <br /> must be addressed before a permit can be issued. These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments including Public Works, <br /> Planning, and Fire. <br /> Code citations provided in the following comments reference the 2018 International Building Code <br /> (IBC), the 2018 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Property <br /> Maintenance Code (IPMC), the 2018 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2018 International <br /> Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2018 International Energy Conservation (IECC), and the 2018 <br /> Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design <br /> is the 2009"Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities"(ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal ADA, FHA, <br /> and HUD regulations and standards, including the Fair Housing Accessibility Guidelines, may be <br /> more restrictive. References to other design standards include the current edition. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following documentation shall be <br /> submitted to the Building Division for review: <br /> a. Itemized letter addressing the comments provided below. <br /> b. Two complete sets of revised construction drawings. <br /> Submittal documents shall contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted codes. Upon submittal of the revised documents, your application <br /> will be given priority and plan reviews will recommence. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
