Please review and respond to the comments below. General 1. The western exterior wall is less than 5'to the property line. The entire wall (both stories and pony wall)should be shown as minimum one-hour,fire-resistive construction.A listing and details should be provided. Sections R302.1 & R102.7.1 2. The underside of the roof eaves on the western side of the building should be shown as minimum one-hour construction (see alternatives in Footnotes a & b to Table R302.1(1). Section R302.1 3.
