HOUSING DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE PROGRAM Draft Scope of Services from Perteet Inc. June 2022 • Meeting the Task 3 budget as defined in the current funding agreement would require significant reductions to Task land Task 2 levels of effort and extent of incentive analysis. • The level of effort for each task is limited to the amount of labor and expenses in the attached fee schedule.Additional effort beyond these limits will be considered extra work. • All deliverables will be submitted electronically. • The project will involve activities between July 2022 and April 2023. LIMITATIONS Consultant services shall be limited to those expressly set forth herein. If the service is not specifically identified herein,it is expressly excluded.Consultant shall have no other obligations,duties,or responsibilities associated with the project except as expressly provided in this Agreement. Transferring Budget within Contract Maximum:The level of effort is specified in the Scope of Services.The budget may be transferred between discipline tasks at the discretion of the Subconsultant, provided that the total contracted amount is not exceeded.
