That part of the Niki of SWg of SV , Section 36, 'Township 29 North, Range 4 E.W.R. lying within a distance of 300 feet from the W.P.L. of Glenwood Avenue, less road. That part of the NW4 of SE of SW4 of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 4 E.W.M . lying easterly of Glenwood Avenue, less road. That part of the NE* of SW4 of Surf of Section 36, Township 29 North, Range 4 E.W.M. lying within a distance of 300 feet from the E.P.L. of Glenwood Avenue, less road. Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be called "Local Improvement Fund No. - - " which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and collected on the several lots, tracts and parcels of land in said local improvement district and the proceeds of the sale of the bonds in said district for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses of such improvement. uut of said fund shall be paid the bonds, the interest thereon and the entire cost of such improvement.
