• <br /> by <br /> Washington State Development Board; and/funds advanced by the <br /> petitioners and deposited with the City treasurer; the remaining <br /> cost of said improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the <br /> property liable therefor in the district herein created in accord- <br /> ance with law. <br /> The City of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for <br /> any portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement except as <br /> provided by Chapter 141 Session Laws of 1923, or acts amendatory <br /> thereto and the ordinances of the City of Lverett. <br /> Section 3: that the limits of the assessment against <br /> the property included in this improvement shall not exceed two times <br /> the assessed valuation, all in accordance with the petition. <br /> Section 4: That there is hereby established a local <br /> improvement district to be known as "Local Improvement District <br /> No. 584 " which district shall include the following described <br /> property located in Everett, Snohomish County, itashington, to-wit: <br /> The Westerly 120 feet of Lot 1 less Olympic Boulevard, <br /> and the westerly 120 feet of the forth 72.9 feet of Lot 2, <br /> all in Maple Heights Division No. 1. <br /> All that part of Lot 16 lying Easterly of a line 120 feet <br /> West of and parallel to the V.P.L. of Seahurst Avenue and <br /> also that part of Lot 16 lying Northerly of a line 90 feet <br /> South of and parallel to kaarona Avenue, less Olympic Boule- <br /> var d; <br /> That part of Lots 17 to 19 inclusive, lying Northerly of <br /> a line 90 feet South of and parallel to Madrona Avenue; <br /> That part of Lots 20, 21, 22 and 23 lying Northerly of <br /> the following described line: Begin at a point on the ast <br /> line of Lot 20, 90 feet Southeasterly of the Northeast corner <br /> of said Lot 20; thence running Southwesterly and parallel to <br /> the S.P.L. of i' adrona Avenue for 32.53 feet; thence continue <br /> in the same general direction along a line equidistant from <br /> the S.P.L. of Madrona Avenue and the N.P.L. of Mukilteo <br /> Boulevard to a point 20.05 feet Southwesterly of the South- <br /> westerly line of Lot 22 and 120 feet Southeasterly of the <br /> Southeasterly line of u adrona Avenue; <br /> That part of Lots 23 and 24 lying Northwesterly of a line <br /> 120 feet from and parallel to the Southeasterly line of <br /> Madrona Avenue ; <br /> Also that part of Lot 24 lying Southwesterly of a line <br /> 120 feet Northeasterly from and parallel to the Northwesterly <br /> P.L. of l+adrona Avenue; <br /> Lot 25, less that part lying Northeasterly of a line <br /> 120 feet from and parallel to the Northeasterly line of <br /> Madrona Avenue. <br /> All of Lot 26; that part of Lots 27, 28, 30, 31, 32, 33, <br /> 33A, 34, 34A, 35, 35A, 36, 36A, 37 and 37A lying between a line <br /> 120 feet from and parallel to the N.W.P. L. of madrona Avenue. <br /> All in l+laple Heights. <br /> Section 5: A special fund is hereby created to be called <br /> "Local Improvement District bond No. 584 , " which shall consist <br /> - 2 <br />
