• w Y The City of Everett shall not be liable in any manner for any portion of the costs and expenses of such improvement except as provided by Chapter 141 Session Laws of 1923, or acts amendatory thereto and the ordinances of the City of Everett. Section 3: That the limits of the assessment against the property included in this improvement shall not exceed two times the assessed valuation, all in accordance with the petition. Section 4: That there is hereby established a local improvement district to be known as "Local Improvement District No. 582 , " which district shall include the following described property located in Everett, Snohomish County, Washington, to-wit : Lots 18 to 34 inclusive , Block 1, Ready Land Co' s First Addition to Everett; Lots 11 to 20 inclusive, Block 2 , Ready Land Co's First Addition to Everett ; Lots 11 to 20 inclusive , Block 3 , Ready Land Co' s First Addition to Everett; Lots 11 to 20 inclusive , Block 4, Ready Land Co' s First Addition to Everett; Lots 1 to 10 inclusive , Block 5, Ready Land Co' s First Adaition to Everett; Lots 1 to 10 inclusive , Block 6, Ready Land. Co's First Addition to Everett; Lots 1 to 10 inclusive , Block 7, Ready Land Co' s First Addition to Everett; Lots 1 to 17 inclusive , Block 8, Ready Land Co's First Addition to Everett; Lots 22 to 27 inclusive, and 29 to 32 inclusive , less Victor Place , all in Block 394 of Saint Picholas Addition to Everett, and the following described property in the City of Everett: Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 32, Block 394, Saint Nicholas Addition to Everett; thence southerly along the west line of Walnut Street produced southerly in its present direction, a distance of 32 feet to the production of the North. line of the alley in Block 5, Ready Land Company' s First Addition; thence Westerly along said alley line produced a distance of 14.34 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 10, Block 5, Ready Land Co' s First Addition to Everett; thence northerly along the east line of said Lot 10, a distance of 32 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 32 , Block 394, St . Nicholas Addition to Everett ; thence Westerly along the south line of said Lot 32, a distance of 14.41 feet to the point of beginning. Section 5: A special fund is hereby created to be called "Local Improvement District Fund No. 582 ," which shall consist in the aggregate of the several amounts assessed, levied and collected on the several lots, tracts and parcels of lend in said local improvement district and the proceeds of the sale of the bonds in saki district for the purpose of defraying the costs and expenses of such improvement . Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, the interest thereon and the entire cost of such improvement , except the amount to be paid by funds from the Washington State Development Board. - 2
