The address for this project is incorrect,a new address needs to be assigned. <br /> 2. A separate demolition permit needs to be issued for the garage removal. <br /> 3. The high calculations are different on 2 sheets. "P1"shows 35.9 feet for all points,Sheet"P3"shows <br /> a different elevation for each point. <br /> 4. The contour lines shown on pages P3 and P are different and are labeled at different elevations. <br /> 5. The site plan does not show heat pumps that are shown on the floor plan. <br /> 6. The site plan is not clear as to the proposed footprint of the building. <br /> 7. The site plan does not show the landings required between the 2 buildings. <br /> 8. Two, minimum 36 inch landings are required at the entrance doors in the carport area.This space is <br /> shown as parking for the required parking spaces. <br /> 9. The proposed building dimensions are not shown on the site plan. <br /> 10. The dimensions of the parking spaces are not shown on the site plan. <br /> 11. Please remove the existing garage footprint and dimensions. <br /> 12. Roof projections are limited to 18 inches in the 5 foot side setback.The overhang shown on the north <br /> side of the building is shown at 24 inches on the plans. <br /> 13. The portion of the second and third floor cantilever on the North side that project 18 inches into the <br /> 5 foot side yard setback, is not allowed to have an overhang. <br /> ARCHITECTURAL <br /> 14. The plans show the width of the stairs at 34 inches please correct to the minimum 36-inch <br /> requirement. <br /> Revised Sheet 3 <br /> 15. The notes on the plans call out wall framing at 24 inches on center but none of the engineering <br /> drawing or tables specify the spacing of the wall framing. <br /> All wall framing notes indicate 16"O.C.On plans and engineering. <br /> Page 9 of 2 <br />
