In order for the Planning Department to approve the permit,the <br /> following shall be submitted: <br /> 1. Please clarify why the impervious calculations and the lot coverage calculations differ on Sheet L-1. The <br /> maximum lot coverage allowed in the R-2 Zone is 40%and the maximum accessory structure square footage is <br /> 1,000 square feet. This is calculated by building footprint(not measured to the eaves). <br /> 2. Please show the height calculations on the site plan in accordance with the handout below.
