The following relevant BMPs
for this project include:
BMP C220: Storm Drain Inlet Protection
Element#8-Stabilize Channels and Outlets
All temporary and permanent conveyance systems shall be stabilized to prevent erosion during
and after construction. There is to be a drainage swale and bioretention facility on site used for
stormwater conveyance. This project is to commence and be completed during the dry season
however, permanent stabilization and outlet protection will need to be utilized. The following
relevant BMPs for this project include:
BMP C201: Grass-Lined Channels
BMP C209: Outlet Protection
Element#9—Control Pollutants
All pollutants, including waste materials and demolition debris, that occur during construction
shall be handled and disposed of in a manner that does not cause contamination of stormwater.
Good housekeeping and preventative measures will be taken to ensure that the site will be kept
clean,well-organized, and free of debris. If required,BMPs to be implemented to control
specific sources of pollutants are discussed below.
Vehicles, construction equipment, and/or petroleum product storage/dispensing:
DAVID EVANS AND ASSOCIATES,INC.
GRANDVIEW APARTMENTS CLUBHOUSE MARCH,2017
STORMWATER SITE PLAN PAGE 13
