Submitted checklists that lack the necessary <br /> information for review are considered incomplete and will be returned unprocessed to the applicant. <br /> MR #1: Preparation of Stormwater Site Plan <br /> The purpose of MR #1 is to convey all relevant information about the proposed project to the City for review <br /> to ensure the project is in compliance with the current City and State stormwater management standards. <br /> This is your opportunity to inform the reviewer about the project fundamentals as well as highlight the <br /> significant and insignificant aspects of the project with regards to stormwater management. <br /> Task 1: Describe existing site conditions <br /> Provide description of existing site conditions: <br /> Lot clear of trees and bushes, gradually slopes up towards center of lot. Entrance faces <br /> North to W. Mukilteo Blvd. Lot measures 240' North to South and 80' wide. <br /> Describe existing structures (location,type): <br /> None. <br /> Describe slopes on your site(flat,rolling,steep,%): <br /> Gradual slope towards center of lot from North to South. Then gradually slopes down <br /> after lots halfway point. Total slope of less than 8%. <br /> Describe hard surfaces (roof,ground treatment): <br /> No existing Hard surfaces. <br /> Describe vegetative surfaces (location,quanity ft2): <br /> Sparse tress along the north lot line partially in the Right of Way to city road, Some ivy <br /> along the north bank at ROW to road as well.
