If you have any questions regarding the comments or need anything further, please directly contact this project's <br /> Public Works reviewer,Thad Newport,at TNewport@everettwa.gov. Please note that these comments are compiled from Public Works reviewers for the <br /> Public Works (civil) plans only. The applicant team may receive a separate comment letter from the Planning Reviewer for comments related to this <br /> construction permit, or from the Building Reviewer for architectural, structural, or other types of drawings. <br /> Electronic Resubmittal: Please send a downloadable link containing the following documents to TNewportPeverettwa.gov upon resubmittal of these <br /> permit application documents: <br /> i. Transmittal Sheet: (1) available at the Permit Services Lobby or online here: Transmittal sheet(PDF)for your use upon resubmittal. <br /> ii. Plans: Revised Civil Plans- latest civil design responding to these comments plus land use conditions. • <br /> iii. Drainage Report: Drainage Report <br /> The permit counter is temporarily closed; however, the upstairs lobby is set up for a drop-box system of hard copy plans for resubmittal. Please review <br /> the City's Permitting Procedures During Temporary Office Closure policy(PDF).The lobby hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am—3:00pm. <br />
