INSTALL ALL NEW WORK IN A NEAT WORKMANLIKE MANNER READILY ACCESSIBLE FOR OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR. <br />C. CODES, PERMITS, AND INSPECTIONS <br />1. ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS OF THE LOCAL ELECTRICAL CODE, LOCAL BUILDING DEPARTMENT, <br />BUILDING MANAGEMENT, AND ALL AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION. APPLICABLE NATIONAL, STATE AND LOCAL CODES, <br />LAWS AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING OR RELATING TO ANY PORTION OF THIS WORK SHALL BE INCORPORATED INTO AND <br />MADE A PART OF THESE SPECIFICATIONS, CONTRACTOR. GUARANTEE <br />1. ALL MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP SHALL BE GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF FINAL <br />ACCEPTANCE OF THIS WORK. FINAL ACCEPTANCE SHALL BE DEFINED AS THE TIME AT WHICH THE ELECTRICAL WORK IS <br />TAKEN OVER AND ACCEPTED BY THE OWNER, AND IS UNDER CARE, CUSTODY, AND CONTROL OF THE OWNER.
