City of Everett 01 11 00 -4 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit <br /> at no expense to the Owner. <br /> 3.3 RESTORATION: Upon completion of contract, deliver work complete and undamaged. I <br /> Existing work disturbed or removed as a result of performing required new work, shall be <br /> patched, repaired, reinstalled, or replaced with new work, and refinished and left in as <br /> good condition as existed before commencing work. ' <br /> 3.4 LAYOUT OF WORK <br /> A. The Contractor shall layout the work and shall be responsible for all measurements I <br /> in connection with the layout. The Contractor shall furnish all stakes, templates, <br /> platforms, equipment, tools, materials, and labor required to lay out any part of the <br /> work. The Contractor shall be responsible for executing the work to the lines and <br /> grades that may be established or indicated in the approved construction <br /> documents. The Contractor shall also be responsible for maintaining and <br /> preserving all stakes and other marks established. 1 <br /> B. Establish and plainly mark center lines for new work, and such other lines and <br /> grades that are reasonably necessary to properly assure that location, orientation, <br /> and elevations established for each such structure are properly located and <br /> coordinated and comply with lines and elevations indicated. <br /> 3.5 TESTS <br /> A. Conduct final tests required in various sections of specifications. The Contractor <br /> shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, instruments, and forms, to conduct <br /> and record such tests. <br /> B.
