City of Everett 01 30 00 - 3 <br /> Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit <br /> 1.6 DESIGN BUILD ELEMENTS <br /> A. The Contractor shall identify the submittals that are required by the Contract <br /> Documents, determine the date on which each submittal will be required in <br /> conformance with the project schedule and furnish a Master List of those <br /> Submittals to the Owner. The Master List shall identify all the submittals that are <br /> required, and the date on which each submittal will be required in conformance <br /> with the project schedule. The Owner will assist the Contractor in determining <br /> which submittals the Owner will review and which submittals the local <br /> jurisdiction(s) will review, which the Owner and the local jurisdictions only want <br /> copies of, and which are only to be kept on file by the Contractor, and the date on <br /> which each submittal will be required in conformance with the Contract <br /> B. It is anticipated submittals for items listed herein shall be transmitted to the <br /> appropriate local jurisdictions for their approval. <br /> C. The Contractor shall submit, to the appropriate local jurisdictions, the required <br /> number of sets of Engineer reviewed Shop Drawings and calculations for plan <br /> examination and permit. All design submittals to the appropriate local <br /> jurisdictions shall be stamped by an Engineer registered in Washington. A copy <br /> of all submittals approved by the appropriate local jurisdictions shall be submitted <br /> to the Construction Manager prior to the start of Work. <br /> D. Such submittals shall include a clearly detailed sectional drawing of each system, <br /> identifying all components and their method of attachment to supporting <br /> structure, and adjacent Contractor designed work, if applicable; and be one <br /> single submittal which includes all components and products of each building <br /> system. <br /> PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br /> 2.1 MASTER LIST OF SUBMITTALS: <br /> A. The Master List shall be submitted 30 days prior to the Notice to Proceed for <br /> Construction. Submittals requiring Owner or local jurisdiction reviews shall have <br /> dates which allow for not less than 30 Day cycles for review and acceptance by <br /> the Construction Manager. Any work performed prior to the required submittals <br /> being approved is at the Contractor's risk. <br /> B. Form: Prepare Submittal Master-List. Indicate following: <br /> 1. Category of submittal. <br /> 2. Generic description of Work covered. <br /> 3. Identify primary and other required reviewers <br /> 4. Target submittal dates. <br /> 01 30 00 - 3 SUBMITTALS <br />
