I City of Everett 00 68 00-4 Inductive Charging Infrastructure for Everett Transit 5.4.3 Summary information as noted on the form. 5.5 The Contractor shall report the following information on journey level employees: 111 5.5.1 Labor hours for reporting period by ethnicity/gender, for each trade/craft. 5.5.2 Total journey level labor hours by ethnicity/gender, for each trade/craft. 5.5.3 Total labor hours and number of journey level employees for reporting period by ethnicity/gender. 5.5.4 Total journey level labor hours and number of employees to-date. 5.5.5 Summary information as noted on the reporting form. 5.6 The Contractor shall submit such other information as may be requested by City to verify I compliance with the Contract. City reserves the right to add, delete, or change as necessary the information required by the Contractor on the Monthly Apprentice Utilization Report form. I 6. APPRENTICE UTILIZATION MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT 6.1 The City or its representative may verify the registration of each apprentice used on the I Project with the Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council. 6.2 The City or its designee will monitor the apprentice utilization data provided by the Contractor. In the event that the Contractor is deficient in the use of apprentices, the City or its designee will meet with the Contractor to discuss the reasons for the deficiency and help the Contractor develop a written plan to achieve the apprentice utilization goal. I 6.3 City may make routine visits to the Project site for the purpose of confirming the use of apprentices. The Contractor needs to be aware that various third parties might make visits to the Project site for the purpose of confirming the use of apprentices. Said third party visitors will be required to abide by the Contractor's work rules and safety plan. 6.4 Progress payments will be withheld in the event that the Contractor fails to comply with this Section and evidences a lack of good faith in so doing.
