<br /> (hereinafter referred to as "BWB" and material that is over five (5) years old);
<br /> "Purchaser") (respectively as the "Party" directories and telephone books; duplicate

<br /> RECITALS advanced reading copies; incomplete

<br /> WHEREAS, BWB is engaged in the or DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, or Books on CDs
<br /> missing either the case or original artwork;
<br /> business of acquiring, collecting,
<br /> journals and periodicals; microfilm and
<br /> transporting, and selling large volumes of
<br /> microfiche; newspapers and magazines;
<br /> previously owned books and materials non-western script books; tax and
<br /> (hereinafter "Surplus Books," "books" or government documents or forms.
<br /> "materials"), and generating income for,
<br /> including but not limited to, libraries, Literacy or Education Partner: An organization or public
<br /> colleges and universities, student groups, institution dedicated to providing or supporting literacy, education
<br /> booksellers, and others, as well as for and reading programs, or other charitable causes, with a proven
<br /> literacy and education causes around the operating history,shall be eligible to receive proceeds from sales as

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of (2) BetterWorldBooks.com credit; (3) credit to Seller's Deposit
<br /> the mutual promises hereinafter set forth Account with Baker & Taylor, Inc.; (4) credit to Seller's Deposit
<br /> and other good and valuable Account with collectionHQ; (5) credit to Seller's Deposit Account

<br /> number to determine if that book will be accepted by BWB for
<br /> ARC: BWB's Antiquarian, Rare and Collectibles shipment to BWB or by emailing BWB an Excel file or CSV file
<br /> department.
