RFQ No. 2021-134 <br /> Everett Transit Inductive Charging Infrastructure Field Installation <br /> Exhibit A— Scope of Services <br /> Project Description: <br /> The Inductive Charging Infrastructure Field Installation project will design the installation of six(6) 300k W in <br /> ground inductive chargers at College Station, Everett Station, and Seaway Transit Center,with 2 chargers at each <br /> location. The work will include utility vaults, electrical switchboards, saw cutting,trenching, conduit, wiring, and <br /> concrete work. <br /> A preliminary project schedule is as follows: <br /> • Design—3 months <br /> • Bid—3 months <br /> • Build—12 months <br /> Scope of Services <br /> TASK 1-ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND DESIGN: <br /> Elcon associates will work with Everett Transit, PUD, Gillig (bus manufacturer), and Momentum <br /> Dynamics (charger manufacturer)to: <br /> • Prepare site/building electrical plan showing six(6) in ground inductive charger systems: <br /> List and identify all system components and their installation requirements and locations,to include, but <br /> not limited to: <br /> • Concrete work/platform requirements for all components. <br /> • Conduits,wires, and conduit ductbanks. <br /> • Trenching and boring requirements. <br /> • Transformer,switch box(s), vaults, etc. <br /> Identify location and describe and design installation requirements for chargers within the area <br /> identified by Everett Transit, to include, but not limited to: <br /> • Concrete platforms and protective bollards. <br /> • Electrical conduit runs and connections. <br /> • Coordinate service with Snohomish County PUD:Application for service, etc. <br /> • Riser diagram, load calculations,fault current calculations. <br /> • Provide a rough order of magnitude (ROM) cost of installation and construction. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Stamped/signed engineered drawings for permitting, bidding, and construction. <br /> • List of components and materials. <br /> • Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) construction cost <br /> • Completed Documented Categorical Exclusion (DCE Worksheet) <br /> TASK 2-CONSTRUCTION BID DOCUMENTS: <br /> Elcon Associates, Inc.will provide construction bid specifications and bid drawings for the construction <br /> and installation of charging systems. These documents will be used by the Everett Transit to bid out the <br /> work necessary for installation of the system. <br />
