The revisions are as follows: <br /> 1. The proposed project involves converting a single-family residence into an adult family <br /> home. Lower Level Plan 1/A2.3 indicates that Bedroom A is existing. However, this bedroom <br /> was not included in the original construction drawings under Permit C1010-010. The <br /> following comments should be addressed: <br /> a. The drawings should be revised to show this as a new room. Details should be <br /> provided for the walls added to enclose the room. Completed please refer to <br /> Sheet A2.3 or A2.4 <br /> b. An additional smoke detector is required immediately outside this room. <br /> Completed, please refer to Sheet A2.3 or A2.4 <br /> c.The bedroom shares a wall with the garage. The thickness of the GWB on the <br /> garage side should be stated on the drawings. Completed please refer to <br /> sheet A2.3 or A2.4 <br /> 3. The grab bars should be provided with blocking in the walls to support the loads. A <br /> detail should be provided. Completed please refer to sheet A2.1 or A2.2 <br /> 4. The water closet room in the Top Level Plan 4/A2.3, next to Bedroom D, does not <br /> appear to have sufficient clearance between the grab bars and the wall. The minimum <br /> clearance should be 1.5". The width of the room should be stated and the clearance <br /> specified for all grab bars.
