These comments address building issues only. <br /> Additional comments may be issued by the Public Works, Planning, and Fire departments. <br /> Code citations provided in the following comments reference the Everett Municipal Code (EMC), <br /> 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2018 International Building Code (IBC), and the <br /> residential provisions of the 2018 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC). Citations provided in the <br /> comments reference the IRC unless noted otherwise. The building codes have been amended by <br /> the Washington Administrative Code (WAC)Title 51. Two copies of supplemental structural calculations (if appliable). <br /> Submittal documents should contain sufficient information and detail to review the proposed project <br /> for compliance with the adopted building codes.
