I <br /> 1 • Dimensions- Graphite <br /> I 2 • Provide the applicable reference for all entries, such as the change order number, <br /> 3 the request for information (RFI) number, or the approved shop drawing number. <br /> 4 • Date all entries. <br /> I 5 • Clearly identify all items in the entry with notes similar to those in the Contract <br /> 6 Drawings (such as pipe symbols, centerline elevations, materials, pipe joint <br /> 7 abbreviations, etc.). <br /> I 8 <br /> 9 The Contractor shall certify on the Record Drawings that said drawings are an accurate <br /> 10 depiction of built conditions, and in conformance with the requirements detailed above. <br /> 11 The Contractor shall submit final Record Drawings to the Contracting Agency. <br /> 12 Contracting Agency acceptance of the Record Drawings is one of the requirements for <br /> 13 achieving Physical Completion. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Payment will be made for the following bid item: <br /> 16 <br /> Record Drawings Lump Sum <br /> I (Minimum Bid $ ***2,000***) <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Payment for this item will be made on a prorated monthly basis for work completed in <br /> I 19 accordance with this section up to 75% of the lump sum bid. The final 25% of the lump <br /> 20 sum item will be paid upon submittal and approval of the completed Record Drawings set <br /> 21 prepared in conformance with these Special Provisions. <br /> I 22 <br /> 23 A minimum bid amount has been entered in the Bid Proposal for this item. The Contractor <br /> 24 must bid at least that amount. <br /> I 25 <br /> 26 1-06.1.GR1 <br /> 27 Approval of Materials Prior to Use <br /> 28 <br /> I _ <br /> 29 1-06.1.INSTI.GR1 <br /> 30 Section 1-06.1 is supplemented with the following: <br /> 31 <br /> I 32 1-06.1.OPT1.GR1 <br /> 33 (April 3, 2017) <br /> 34 For each proposed material that is required to be submitted for approval using either the <br /> I 35 QPL or RAM process the Contractor will be allowed to submit for approval two material <br /> 36 sources or manufacturers per material type at no cost. Additional material sources or <br /> 37 manufacturers may be submitted for approval and will be processed at a cost of$125.00 <br /> 38 per material source or manufacturer submitted by QPL submittal and $400.00 per material <br /> I39 submitted by RAM. All costs for processing additional material sources or manufacturers <br /> 40 will be deducted from monies due or that may come due to the Contractor.
