I 1 review by the Contracting Agency at all times. The Contractor shall bring the Record 2 Drawings to each progress meeting for review. 3 4 The preparation and upkeep of the Record Drawings is to be the assigned responsibility 5 of a single, experienced, and qualified individual. The quality of the Record Drawings, in 6 terms of accuracy, clarity, and completeness, is to be adequate to allow the Contracting 7 Agency to modify the computer-aided drafting (CAD) Contract Drawings to produce a 8 complete set of Record Drawings for the Contracting Agency without further investigative 1 9 effort by the Contracting Agency. 10 11 The Record Drawing markups shall document all changes in the Work, both concealed 12 and visible. Items that must be shown on the markups include but are not limited to: 13 14 • Actual dimensions, arrangement, and materials used when different than shown in 15 the Plans. 1 16 • Changes made by Change Order or Field Order. 17 • Changes made by the Contractor. 18 • Accurate locations of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water mains and other water 19 appurtenances, structures, conduits, light standards, vaults, width of roadways, 20 sidewalks, landscaping areas, building footprints, channelization and pavement 21 markings, etc. Include pipe invert elevations, top of castings (manholes, inlets, 22 etc.). 23 24 If the Contract calls for the Contracting Agency to do all surveying and staking, the 25 Contracting Agency will provide the elevations at the tolerances the Contracting Agency 26 requires for the Record Drawings. 27 28 When the Contract calls for the Contractor to do the surveying/staking, the applicable 29 tolerance limits include, but are not limited to the following: Vertical Horizontal I As-built sanitary&storm invert and grate ± 0.01 foot ± 0.01 foot elevations As-built monumentation ± 0.001 foot ± 0.001 foot As-built waterlines, inverts, valves, ± 0.10 foot ± 0.10 foot hydrants As-built ponds/swales/water features ± 0.10 foot ± 0.10 foot As-built buildings (fin.
