If the work involves the <br /> 10 transport of pollutants, the automobile liability policy shall include MCS 90 and CA 99 48 <br /> ' 11 endorsements. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Such policy must provide the following minimum limit: <br /> 14 $2,000,000 Combined single limit each accident <br /> 15 <br /> 16 1-07.18(5)C Workers' Compensation <br /> 17 The Contractor shall comply with Workers' Compensation coverage as required by the <br /> 18 Industrial Insurance laws of the State of Washington. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 COE 1-07.18(5)D.RTF <br /> ' 21 1-07.18(5)D Excess or Umbrella Liability <br /> 22 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br /> 23 <br /> 24 The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance with limits of not less than <br /> 25 *** Two *** million each occurrence and annual aggregate. This excess or umbrella liability <br /> 26 coverage shall be excess over and as least as broad in coverage as the Contractor's <br /> ' 27 Commercial General and Auto Liability insurance <br /> 28 <br /> 29 All entities listed under 1-07.18(2) of these Special Provisions shall be named as additional <br /> ' 30 insureds on the Contractor's Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance policy. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor's primary Commercial <br /> 33 General and Automobile Liability coverages, or any combination thereof that achieves the <br /> ' 34 overall required limits of insurance. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 COE 1-07.18(5)J.RTF <br /> 37 1-07.18(5)J Pollution Liability <br /> 38 (January 4, 2016 APWA GSP) <br /> 39 <br /> ' 40 The Contractor shall provide a Contractors Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage for <br /> 41 claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of tangible property <br /> 42 that has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, remediation, disposal or other handling <br /> 43 of pollutants, including costs and expenses incurred in the investigation, defense, or <br /> ' 44 settlement of claims, arising out of any one or more of the following: <br /> 45 1. Contractor's operations related to this project. <br /> 46 2. Remediation, abatement, repair, maintenance or other work with lead-based paint or <br /> ' 47 48 materials containing asbestos. <br /> 3.
