I <br /> 3 <br /> 4 Such Pollution Liability policy shall provide the following minimum limits: <br /> 5 *** $2,000,000 *** each loss and annual aggregate <br /> 6 <br /> 7 1-07.23.GR 1 <br /> 8 Public Convenience and Safety <br /> 9 1 10 1-07.23(1).GR1 <br /> 11 Construction Under Traffic <br /> 12 I <br /> 13 1-07.23(1),INST1.GR1 <br /> 14 Section 1-07.23(1) is supplemented with the following: <br /> 15 I <br /> 16 f1-07.23(1).OPT5.FR1.docx <br /> 17 (January 5, 2015) <br /> 18 Lane closures are subject to the following restrictions: <br /> 19 I <br /> 20 *** Colby Avenue <br /> 21 Street closures will not be allowed on arterial streets with bus routes. Lane <br /> 22 closures requiring flaggers are not allowed between 2:30pm and 5:30pm on I <br /> 23 weekdays. Closures require traffic control plan approval three days prior to <br /> 24 closure. There are no time restrictions on parking or shoulder closures. <br /> 25 I <br /> 26 Beaumont Drive and Alta Drive <br /> 27 Street closures will not be allowed on arterial streets with bus routes. There are <br /> 28 no day or time restrictions on single lane closures on workdays. Closures require I <br /> 29 traffic control plan approval three days prior to closure. There are no time <br /> 30 restrictions on parking lane or shoulder closures. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Other I <br /> 33 Driveway access will not be restricted for more than three days.All construction <br /> 34 activity that blocks access to private property shall be coordinated with Engineer <br /> 35 five(5)days prior.At that time, contractor shall also provide notification of access I <br /> 36 limitation to affected property owner(s). <br /> 37 *** <br /> 38 I <br /> 39 If the Engineer determines the permitted closure hours adversely affect traffic, the <br /> 40 Engineer may adjust the hours accordingly. The Engineer will notify the Contractor <br /> 41 in writing of any change in the closure hours. I <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Lane closures are not allowed on any of the following: <br /> 45 I <br /> 45 1. A holiday, <br /> 46 <br /> 47 2. A holiday weekend; holidays that occur on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or <br /> 48 Monday are considered a holiday weekend.
