1 Section 3: That there is hereby established a l_ocal improvement district to be known as "Local Improvement District No. 577 , " which district shall include the following described property located in Everett , Snohomish County, Washington, to-wit : Lots 10 to 15 inclusive , r.?aple Heights • Lots 23 to 28 inclusive , Maple jleights Division No. 2 • The Easterly 312 .71 feet of Lots 51 to 56 inclusive , Maple heights. The Westerly 322.71 feet of the East half of the South- west quarter of Section 36 , Township 29 horth, Range four E. W. M. , less Seahurst Avenue right of way. Beginning at the Soutd.east corner of Lot 56 , Maple heights ; thence north 89° 16' 17" West for 312.71 feet; thence South parallel to Seahurst Avenue for 258.22 feet ; thence South 89° 16 ' 20" East for 17.42 feet ; thence South 00 27' 45" East for 1047 .90 feet to an intersection with the South line of Section Tnirty-six (36) , Township 29 ' orth, Range 4 E . W. R. . ; thence South 89° 17 ' 50" East for 296 .86 feet tc: an intersection with the Westerly line of Seahurst Avenue Extens_.on; thence 1North 00 22 ' 36" East for 1306.00 feet to the point of beginning, less East-West road. Section 4: A special fund is hereby created to be culled "Local Improvement Fund No . 577 , " wn.ich shall consist in the aggregate of the several a-:_ounts assessed , levied and collected on the several lots, tracts and parcels of land in said local improve- ment district and the proceeds of the sale of the bonds i - said district for the purpose of aefraying the costs and expenses of such iy improvement. Out of said fund shall be paid the bonds, the interest thereon and the entire cost of such improvement . Section 5: the costs and expenses of such improvement shall be defrayed by special assessment, payable in ten equal annual installments, with interest thereon at the rate of four (4%) percent per annum, under the mode of payment by bonds as provided by law and the ordinances of the City of Everett. Bonds bearing interest at the rate of four (4%) per cent per annum, payable on or before 12 years from date of issue, shall be issued in payment of the costs and expenses of such improvement , or the City of Everett may, at its P election, sell said bonds and make payment in cash in the manner provided by the ordinances of said City. 41 • r3 Ma yo r ATTEST: Ip1 )f fs L'ity Clerk.
