Assumptions: <br />1. OWNER will provide a project manager to respond to the CONSUTANT questions <br />and approval of any potential contract changes material over -runs, and differing site <br />conditions. <br />2. OWNER will assume management of stakeholders and public relations. <br />3. OWNER will execute and manage the FOR construction engineering support services <br />contract. <br />4. The appropriate Engineers of Record will review shop and falsework drawings. <br />Deliverables: <br />1. RFI responses limited to 100 RFIs; Facilitate responses to requests for information <br />(RFIs) and submittals, ensuring response timelines are met for both. Maintain RFI <br />and submittal log to track status and responses <br />2. Prepare and print agendas for weekly progress meetings internally and with the <br />Contractor, attend the meeting, and take meeting minutes. Distribute meeting minutes <br />to attendees. <br />3. Preparation of preconstruction conference agendas for Drilled shafts, difficult <br />concrete placement, and bridge deck. Review and approval of drilled shafts cross <br />sonic logging (CSL) test results. <br />4. Preparation of risk log and monthly updates tracking and construction cost to <br />complete. <br />5. Lump sum breakdown review and acceptance. Also, evaluate design changes, design <br />clarifications and other requested deviations from approved design and/or coordinate <br />evaluations and interpretations with the appropriate authorities. <br />6. Review, track, analyze and comment on contractors' Baseline and ongoing update <br />schedules including two -week look ahead. <br />7. Entitlement determination, negotiations correspondence to contractor, change order <br />preparation and back up documentation limited to 30 Change orders. <br />8.
