9. Preparation of substantial and physical completion letters. <br /> 10. Prepare and facilitate the end of PROJECT final inspection and punch-list. <br /> 11. Maintain a full-size set of red-line as-built plans as the construction progresses for the <br /> entire project, coordinate the inclusion of any Contractor provided as-builts/red-lines, <br /> and prepare some intermediate submittals of as-builts/red-lines to the City for drafting <br /> and. Submission of as-builts/red-lines shall be per the City of Everett formatting <br /> requirements and shall be submitted per the frequency agreed to with the RE <br /> 12. Preparation and presentation of PROJECT's lessons learned. <br /> TASK 14.1.4 Structural Site Inspection <br /> The CONSULTANT will provide one structural inspector (1 FTEs) to perform site observation <br /> during the construction including: <br /> 1. Assist with the Administration of Contractor progress payments including: <br /> o Measurement and calculation of quantities of work-in-place also tracked by the <br /> appropriate funding source. <br /> o Preparation of field construction records (FNR's) documenting work completed; <br /> oversee and track force account(FA)work as required; oversee and manage the <br /> documentation required for payment of materials on hand (MOH); create,track, <br /> monitor and maintain cost to complete documents. <br /> o Implementation and continuing operations to ensure that payments are accurate, <br /> and funding is not exceeded. <br /> 2. Provide oversight, inspection,monitoring, coordination, and documentation of <br /> Contractor's structural activities in the construction of the Project and ensure compliance <br /> with Project plans and specifications. <br /> 3. Coordinate material testing with Engineer, and third-party Materials Testing. <br /> 4. Prepare photo documentation of the work,titled by location and date. <br /> 5. Maintain a full-size set of red-line as-built plans as the construction progresses for the <br /> entire project, coordinate the inclusion of any Contractor provided as-builts/red-lines, and <br /> prepare intermediate submittals of as-builts/red-lines to the city for drafting. <br /> 6. Participate in"kick off' meeting with City staff. <br /> 7. End of PROJECT final inspection and punch-list preparation. <br /> Assumptions: <br /> 1. The CITY will provide a workspace at the site or the City for preparation of paperwork. <br /> 2.
