A. The CONSULTANT will assist the CITY with any requests where field construction <br /> modifications or additions require field investigation and the written recommendation of a <br /> professional engineer. This task assumes four(4)modifications or additions. <br /> B. Post Replacement Inventory Inspection: The CONSULTANT will perform an inventory <br /> inspection of the bridge after bridge replacement is completed and will update the <br /> BridgeWorks database with inspection findings. The CONSULTANT will prepare and <br /> input Inspection Report with photographs, and Inventory Report within WSDOT Bridge <br /> Works. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Post replacement inventory inspection report. <br /> 14.3.4 Record Drawings <br /> The CONSULTANT shall prepare record drawings at the completion of the project. <br /> The CITY will provide Contractor-prepared marked-up drawings, inspector's field <br /> notes, and other available information. The CONSULTANT shall use these materials <br /> to prepare the record drawings. Record drawings shall be prepared in accordance <br /> with the CITY's "Record Drawing Requirements." <br /> Deliverables: <br /> 1. Record Drawings for Engineering Review (11"x17" bond [1 copy]) <br /> 2. Record Drawings for Final Submittal (22"x34"mylar [1 copy]) <br /> 3.
