AY ORDINANCE providing for the improvement of 41st Street from Grand Avenue to Crescent Avenue , ! ukileto Blvd. from 41st Street to main entrance of roadway of Forest Perk, Forest Park from Mukilteo Blvd. to a point five feet Northerly from the South boundary line of Forest Park, by installation of a trunk sewer and its necessary appurtenances, and doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 5121 of the City of Everett, creating a local improvement district ; creating a local improvement district fund therefor; providing for the payr,ent of said improvement to be made by special assessment on the property in said district under the mode of pay- ment by bond; and WEAS, by Resolution No. 5121 the City of Everett has declared its intention to order the improvement acove outlined and doing all work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications as prepared by the Lity .ngineer of the Uity of Everett ; and WHEREAS, the said resolution of intention described the route along which said trunk sewer is to be ennstruated and notified all persons who desired to object thereto to appear at a certain meeting of the council to Present their objections ; and WHEREAS, objections were filed as to the scope of the assessment district ; and WHEREAS, the city Council of Everett after due deliberation has reestablished the assessment district to conform to the special benefits conferred , which district shall include the property hereinafter described only; end WFEP.EAS, the cost of the improvement may exceec the assessed value of the property, less improvements, and less outstanding unpaid local improvement assessments; and ;;AREAS, the Lity Uouncil has by unanimous vote held the improvement to be necessary for the public health and benefit and has ordered the same . NO7, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EvERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the City Council of Everett , by unanimous vote , finds the improvement herein described to be necessary .ror the public health and benefit and so orders the improvement. Section 2: That 41st Street from Grand Avenue to Crescent Avenue , Mukilteo Blvd. , from 41st Street to main entrance roadway of Forest Park, Forest Park from Mukilteo Blvd. , to a point five feet Northerly from the South boundary line of Forest •1 Park be improved by the installation of a trunk sewer and its necessary appurtenances, and by doing all other work necessary to make a complete improvement , all in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared unaer the direction of the Engineer of the City of Everett, which plans and specifications are _! ereby h approved and adopted .
