Fall Protection Plan Specific to each building. <br /> 3. Copies of all minutes/notes from daily safety meetings. <br /> I1.4 ACCIDENT REPORTING <br /> I A. Serious accidents such as those resulting in treatment of an injury at a medical facility, <br /> response to the site by emergency medical personnel, death, or damage to property <br /> other than that of the Contractor shall be reported to the Owner within twenty-four (24) <br /> Ihours of the occurrence. <br /> B. A copy of each accident report, which the Contractor or subcontractors have submitted <br /> I <br /> to their insurance carriers, shall be forwarded to the Owner as soon as possible, but in <br /> no event later than seven (7) calendar days after the accident occurred. <br /> I01 35 29 - 1 HEALTH AND SAFETY <br />
