Serious accidents such as those resulting in treatment of an injury at a medical facility, <br /> response to the site by emergency medical personnel, death, or damage to property <br /> other than that of the Contractor shall be reported to the Owner within twenty-four (24) <br /> Ihours of the occurrence. <br /> B.
