City of Everett 00 11 13 - 1.REV.1 <br /> SECTION 00 11 13 — REV. 1 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS (2022-04-27) <br /> PART 1 - GENERAL <br /> Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for the SILVER LAKE TRAIL PROJECT will be received <br /> at the Office of the City Clerk, 1st Floor Wall Street Building, 2930 Wetmore, Everett, WA. 98201, <br /> until 2:00 p.m. on June 14, 2022. At the appointed time, all bids will be opened and publicly read <br /> aloud Via live streaming only. The link to watch the bid opening will be accessible from <br /> http://www.everettwa.gov/319/Purchasing. If you have any questions about logging into the live <br /> streaming bid opening, call (425)257-8903. <br /> The Engineer's estimate for this Project is $700,000.00. <br /> Work being performed includes, but not limited to, demolition, earthwork, asphalt paving, fencing, <br /> landscaping, and all materials and equipment necessary to construct and maintain hard surfaced <br /> trails at TA Sullivan Park, located at 11405 W, Silver Lake Rd, Everett WA. <br /> A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled at 10:00 a.m. May 10, 2022 and at 10:00 a.m. May 12, 2022 <br /> on site at 11405 W Silver Lake Rd. Everett, WA 98208. Any interested bidders may attend. Any <br /> ' questions and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum to the bid <br /> documents and sent to all the plan holders. <br /> Free-of-charge access to project bid documents(plans, specifications, addenda, and Bidders List) <br /> is provided to Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors by going to www.bxwa.com and <br /> clicking on "Posted Projects", "Public Works", and "City of Everett". This online plan room <br /> provides Bidders with fully usable online documents with the ability to: download, view, print, order <br /> ' full/partial plan sets from numerous reprographic sources, and a free online digitizer/take-off <br /> tool. It is recommended that Bidders "Register" in order to receive automatic e-mail notification <br /> of future addenda and to place themselves on the "Self-Registered Bidders List". Bidders that do <br /> ' not register will not be automatically notified of addenda and will need to periodically check the <br /> on-line plan room for addenda issued on this project. One hundred (100) <br /> percent payment and performance Bonds will be required of the successful Bidder to guarantee <br /> faithful performance of the contract. <br /> The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. <br /> No Bidder may withdraw his Bid after the hour set for the opening thereof. The City further <br /> reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
