The parcel to the north is already serviced by the City;
the properties to the west appear to be served by private sources
'or lie outside the 1000 feet area; or the same comprise five acre
parcels. I understand that the Cau. .ty owns the land lying east
of the north-south street and west of the transfer station.
• We have not explored property lying south of the Woods Creek Road.
I understand that the City is willing to make an exception for
the three parcels at issue because of the unusual location of
these lots. Mr . Demerest obtained this impression from `the
hearing and from the subsequent private meeting at your office.
The owners os these three lots- are willing to jointly form an
association for purposes of water service . One meter would be
utilized and one of the lot owners would be designated the
party resprnsible for all arrangememts with the City and for
purposes of paying water billings and prorating same among
the three lots. I will prepare such an agreement. Please
advise :if the City will allow such water service for the three
lbts.
Your:. •.
4 E
r2-I
OFFICE LOCATION: 404-91 ST AVENUE N.E.
